The service was exceptional, that made the hotel pleasant and comfy place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the room was luxury and neat. The breakfast was sensational and varied with lots of dishes. It was perfectly located in a great area.

Room was clean and warm and close to city centre. Breakfast was very good too and overall the hotel was good value for money. We have stayed in Radisson's before and they have a good reputation.
Noise from the trams as we were located at the front of the hotel and the bed was very firm. Although the hotel has a gym and sauna we would have liked to have a swim in a pool.

Visiting the attractions ; like Salt Mines, Auschwitz, Wavel, the churches and shopping. Enjoying the big square and the happenings there.
I miss one more relaxing chair in the room. There was only one in white skin besides the deskchair.

The courteous and efficient staff who did all that they could to make our stay enjoyable. I received help and advice on trips and visits in and around Krakow and when I was delayed becuase of the air travel problems they managed to provide me with a room for the extra night.

Can't recommend highly enough for a date night
Charming room, thoughtful amenities, including a complimentary bottle of champagne and good cake waiting for us upon arrival, making our anniversary celebration special with a romantic atmosphere and convenient access to main attractions nearby.
No negatives from this place.

The location was central. The room was clean. Bathroom also clean with adequate "complimentary" products. Selection of breakfast food in plentiful supply, but over-cooked bacon. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Did not live up to our 5star standard, E.G. chipped crockery at breakfast, bath towels not quite big or fluffy enough, one bathrobe had no hanging loop the other bathrobe had only half a tie belt, room make- up was unpredictable and had to be requested at 15.45 one day, milk on the room courtesy tray was a problem to sort out as they use powdered milk but eventually we did get "creamer" which was liquid. At times there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Little things, but over the course of seven days they all add up to an irritation---which is not 5star service.

Excellent hotel, very clean good facililties and fantastic restaurant
Bar prices were extortionate, especially when compared with the reasonably priced drinks in the rest of the city, other than that faultless

The hotel was perfect for my weekend adventures as a single traveler, but the breakfast could definitely use some improvement for a better start to the day.

Expensive hotel parking and almost all stands reserved for some company, so difficult to find free space even if garage was almost empty.
